Google is the largest source of leads in the world, yours for the taking, but there are two issues that are a little bit inconvenient. One is the fact that you can only get leads that have websites. Also, the process is too time consuming since you have to visit each website, find the contact information and copy it into some sort of database for further processing.
But there is a lesser known way to extract leads using Google, it is using Google maps.
If you type http://maps.google.com the Google map area will open.
Now, let's say that you want to find Mortgage Brokers in your city or state. Into the search bar, type "mortgage Brokers near Los Angeles" and press enter.
The list will be displayed on the left while the map will be displayed on the right.
There are two big differences between a normal Google search here: one, is that Google is extracting leads that don't necessarily have websites but they are businesses, and the results are very targeted. The other difference is that you can get all their data, addresses phone number and usually the e-mail by right-clicking on those links and selecting New Tab. Don't just click on the link or you won't see all the data.
Now you know how to extract unlimited qualified leads on any subject. For example, if you are a credit repair company, you would like to find Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, Accountants, Auto Dealers and many others that can refer you deals.
The second part of the equation is to save and manipulate this data in a way that can be used for your mailing, telemarketing and e-mailing efforts.
