Credit Repair
Credit Money Machine Net has three main ways to efficiently perform Credit Repair.
The user can decide to first import disputes from outside sources. These disputes are parsed and accomodated automatically. Second, the user can manually add disputes using a simple interface. Last, the user can manage and edit existing disputes using the Dispute Center.
Credit Repair: Automatic
The automatic imports of Disputes is easy. You can import credit reports from several different sources (e.g. CreditKeeper, TrueCredit) and then populate all your clients' fields automatically. Imported fields include Creditor, Account ID, Amount, Credit Bureau, and optional Notes. Even better, the software will suggest the correct Dispute Type, Description, and Template Letter to use for each dispute automatically and in seconds.
What takes two hours on other systems takes ten seconds in Credit Money Machine Net.
Credit Repair: Manual
After automatically importing disputes, you can also add or modify the disputes using a simple interface.
Dispute Center
The Dispute Center is the core of the Credit Repair System. Here, you have full control to add, modify, and manage your disputes.
Online Progress Reports: Summary
Post your clients' Progress Reports (view example) to your website, where your clients can see their credit repair status 24/7 without having to call you.
The Summary page displays graphs and summary statistics for the client's credit repair situation. Summaries for the 3 major bureaus are provided, as well as your company and agent information.
Online Progress Reports: Status
The Status tab provides more detailed information regarding the disputed items on a client's credit report. Each disputed item can have a different status (such as 'deleted', 'in progress', etc.).
The client can also write comments about items 'in progress' and email the changes directly to you.

The Attachments tab allows clients to send you documents and images related to their case, which you can receive inside Credit Money Machine.
Online Progress Reports: Notes
The Notes tab provides a simple way for clients to e-mail you notes or questions, as well as view their "progress status messages", which are automatically posted when uploading from Credit Money Machine.

On this tab, your current clients can fill out a quick form to refer potential clients to you. You may decide to add incentives for referrals, sending your clients to the portal to submit referrals.
Creditors Database
Credit Money Machine comes pre-populated with over 1200 creditors, and you can add as many as you want.
As a matter of fact, when you import credit reports, the creditors and their addresses are automatically added to the Creditors Database.
You can create disputes manually as well, or base them off other disputes.
Debt Settlement Center
While we do not consider ourselves a Debt Settle program, Credit Money Machine has all the necessary tools and features that you would need to interact with creditors to deal in Debt Settlement situations for your clients.
Main Screen
Welcome to the centerpiece of Credit Money Machine Net. The main screen, also known as the contacts screen, contains all the elements of the program in plain view, so you don't have to click your way through screen after screen in order to find what you're looking for.
Let's say you want to select all clients in a certain State. Simply click on the black arrow beside the State field, and the database will be filtered by that State. You can achieve the same results with other fields (Name, Company, City, user-defined, etc.).
As with anything worthwhile, there is a bit of a learning curve, but the hours you put in up front getting to know the software will pay dividends in hundreds of hours of saved time once you're up and running.
Incremental Learning System
Credit Money Machine Net has five "Levels of Use" ordered by increasing mastery. This means you could start today on Level 1, the easiest level, immediately starting your work in a non-intimidating environment. Then, as your experience grows, you can progress level by level. Level 5 releases all the immense power built into the software.
Contact Manager
In addition to standard contact information fields, Credit Money Machine Net adds many convenient relational fields (linking contacts together) as well as user-defined fields (fields you can store any kind of information in).
Many tasks can be performed on the Main Screen, including charging of credit cards, assigning a salesperson to a client (and automatically calculating commissions when Invoices clear), verifying USPS addresses, pending tasks with the contact, groups the contact belongs to, and much more.
Email System
Credit Money Machine Net includes a completely integrated Email System that replaces Outlook, a major convenience in many ways. Not only does it include many more special features than Outlook, but e-mails are now tied to the actual client data, allowing for unprecedented cohesion.
The powerful Rules Manager allows you to avoid spam, and even extract information from emails to create contacts based on emails, and autorespond automatically using any of your preset templates.
AutoMessenger System
The AutoMessenger system allows you to group e-mail templates together and send them to clients in one click. E-mails can be sent out all at once, or at pre-determined intervals (send this email, wait 2 days before sending the next, wait 3 days before the next, etc.). It can even send messages automatically in response to e-mails processed by the Rules Manager.
FAQ and Trouble-Ticket System
Credit Money Machine Net includes a seamlessly integrated client support system.
You can have unlimited categories, and unlimited questions and answers in each Category.
Personalize each answer with your client's name, email, etc. Just click the F.A.Q. button, and they'll receive a personalized answer to their question, without having to type a thing.
You can even record your answers and play them over the phone for your customers directly from your computer.
Follow-Up System
Check due items for any client with one click. Due items can be of any type (snail-mailed documents, money deposits, anything that can have a due date for arriving/expiring). Includes a running balance for each follow up type when necessary.
Online Reports
Post your clients' reports to your website, where your clients can see their personal information without having to call you.

Virtual Contacts
Virtual Contacts allows you to take your contact database on the road and access it through any internet-enabled device (such as iPhone, Blackberry, etc.). The contact's basic fields, tasks, and notes are exported and hosted on your company website. The directory can be configured password-protected, and each agent at your company can have their own online distinct database of contacts, based on your local database.
Contact information and tasks can be edited online, and later imported to Credit Money Machine Net.
Agent Metrics
How well are your employees working? Can you support that assumption with numbers? The Agent Metrics system allows you to set codes for any sort of action that employees at the company can perform. At any point in time, you can review what has been logged, and find out the percentage of salespeople who have sold to 80% of their assigned contacts, and much more! Group by date, agent, or code.
Template Manager
"Custom letters with auto-filling peronalized information."
Create e-mails and print documents that pull information from your contacts database. You only write a template once! Instead of creating dozens of letters with "Dear John", "Dear Michael", "Dear Bill", just create a template with "Dear <<FirstName>>" and let the software do the work for thousands of letters.
Many contact fields can be inserted into templates by clicking buttons or just typing out the field code (including an image of signature).
Parsing System
The Parsing System allows you to add new contacts from text, HTML pages, emails, etc.
If you receive a confirmation email from your website about a purchase, you shouldn't have to retype the information contained in the email to your database! Just use the Parsing System to import the data all at once (and even automatically with the Email Rules Manager).
Have a humongous list of contacts information on your clipboard? Just click the parsing scheme relevent to the clipboard data and the contacts will be inserted into your database!
Knowledge Database
The Knowledge Base is the place to store articles and other information that could be useful to you, your clients, or your employees.
The powerful search system allows you to find any related data with ease. Use it for company policies, employee training... it's your personal text and media library!
Virtual File Cabinet
Store any type of data. Use the Virtual File Cabinet for all kinds of collections, such as reminders, audio messages, audio phone conversations, lists, etc.
The fields are context sensitive, much like the action buttons on the main screen (e.g. if the field contains a URL, it will open a web browser, if it's audio, it will play it, and more).
Virtual file cabinets can be linked to contacts, providing a good way to keep track of tons of related text and media.
Resources, Events, & Projects (REP)
Manage the resources of your company throughout time. For example, prevent conflicts with multiple parties requesting the "ceiling projector" at the same time by plotting who's using it. Create Gantt charts for company progress and plan project roll-outs.
Online Calendars
Use the information in the R.E.P. system to create calendars that can be exported to your website. Use this to distribute information regarding webinars, office events, etc.
Goals Manager
A simple but effective area to delineate your company goals to encourage you and your employees to achieve them.
Daily Tasks
Daily Tasks control recurring actions that you need to do on a regular basis: daily, weekly, monthly, etc. This area is different from the Personal Agenda and the Task Manager, in that Personal Agenda is geared toward discrete events in your daily life, and Task Manager links the task to a specific contact.
Personal Agenda
Easily maintain your personal schedule. The agenda shows you everything on one screen: calendar, events, days with events, recurring events, etc.
You can set recurring events to remind you of scheduled activities and specify how many times you want to be reminded. For example, you can set it to remind you of your car payment for 15 payments and then stop.
Invoice System
Credit Money Machine Net includes a full-featured Invoice System with features not even found in professional systems.
You can create both product or service invoices. It has one-click groups, allowing you to classify your invoices any way you want.
The Invoice System also interacts with the Inventory system so your inventory is updated in real time. It also interacts with Accounts Receivable, creating records and changing status and balances as appropriate, and with Accounts Payable, where it creates payments based on agent commissions for referred clients.
You can charge credit/debit cards using the Gateway Interaction System incorporated into the Invoice System.
Charging of Credit Cards
The Gateway System is a simple and unique way to interact with your internet merchant account from the software without having to retype anything.
It works with all internet merchant gateways that allow the use of an HTTP form (those include Linkpoint Central, Network Merchants, Dow Commence, Pay Simple, Plug n Pay, and more). ACH through Vanco Services is also provided.
You can use unlimited gateways, making it possible to charge one client using Network Merchants and another using Linkpoint.
Accounts Receivable
Control recurring payments with ease. Charge credit/debit cards directly from the Receivables System or create a check draft to pay for a receivable with just one click.
You can create any number of recurring payments over any amount of time. The receivables are synchronized with the Invoice System, so as soon as an invoice is created, a corresponding entry will be added to Accounts Receivable. Once you set it up, you'll always know what your clients owe you.
Accounts Payable
You can control all your payables in this area, including recurring payables, and create checks to pay for them in one click.
Credit Money Machine Net also has an integrated commission system with unlimited levels that is triggered when invoices are paid, automatically creating a corresponding entry in Accounts Payable.

Check Writing
Print checks on blank check paper. No need to buy pre-printed checks. Use versa check 3000 or 1000 format or compatible.
You can print blank checks to fill in by hand or already filled-in checks from your company information and your clients data. You can also create check drafts that you can deposit in your bank without your clients signature.
Control unlimited bank and credit/debit card accounts. The reconciliation system will advise you if there are any discrepancies with your bank / card statements.
Loan Amortization Center
Calculate different payment scenarios for every possible loan, including extra payments (both recurring and discrete).
Inventory
The Inventory screen allows you to add your products and services, and define whether they are taxable.
Credit Money Machine Net manages your inventory based on the status of each invoice, so if an invoice is Void or Quotation only, it won't affect the inventory.
Printed catalogs can be created from the Products Manager.
Bank Accounts
In this module, you can define an unlimited number of bank accounts, providing the backend to other financial systems. You can also print empty checks to be filled in by hand.
Budget Center
Manage your budget with this powerful module.
Credit Card Analyzer
Enter all your cards and the system will sort them based on which ones should be paid first, either to improve your credit score or to save money by paying the one with the higher APR first.
The analyzer can be used for all your clients too.
Tracking of Marketing Campaigns
Enter marketing "issues" and unlimited campaigns within each "issue".

Home Affordable Modification (HAM) Program
Credit Money Machine Net is fully compatiable with the HAM program, and can automatically confirm a client's eligibility under the program. It will also calculate the HAM Amortization tables. Just enter a few numbers and determine with ease if your clients qualify. Print, Efax, or e-mail a qualification form / proposal and amortization tables right away to the lender.

Application Form
The Application Form contains all the basic data needed for your initial interview with the client, including an an Income / Expense spreadsheet and an Assets spreadsheet. Data from a Fannie Mae Export Format 3.2 file can be imported.
